Easy, quick and delicious. My favorite kind of dinner! Sometimes you don't need a lot of ingredients to make a tasty meal. Simple, is sometimes better. I love simple flavors. And this dish smells and tastes like it came straight out of an Italian kitchen.
Here is what you need:
Pork-chops and Pasta
- Pork-chops.
- Whole grain Pasta.
- Pesto.
- Cherry tomatoes.
- Salt & Pepper.
See, only 5 ingredients! Doesn't get much simpler. Mamma mia!
First, boil the pasta after the instruction on the package.
Drizzle some oil in a pan and let it warm.
Cook the pork-chops quickly in a hot pan.
Sprinkle on salt and pepper.
After about 3 minutes they should be a bit brown and nice.
Take the pan of the heat and put a lid on it so they can "after-cook" for 5 minutes.
The pasta should be done now, strain of the water and blend in the pesto.
Slice up a few cherry tomatoes (I used cocktail) and serve. Tempted?
These flavors works so well together. Perfect for a Wednesday night! Can you see the statue of libraty mark in my pork-chop? Freaky!
