Broken, but pretty

I just received two items from my eBay shopping spree. And they were broken when they got here! Now I know there was bound to be some mishaps when you do that many transactions, but did it had to be these two? The ones I was looking forward to the most to arrive...

As you can see the double finger cross is clearly in two pieces, and the necklace not hanging together. I'm in contact with the seller and were asked to e-mail photos. Which I did, so now let's see what happens. Even if he agree to send me a new one, I still have to wait three more weeks for it.. Probably more since it's christmas time. I'll keep you posted on how it goes, if he turns out to be a bad seller, I will not thin k twice about naming him in public!
